Personalized holistic nutrition for chronic bloating, SIBO, digestive issues, hormone imbalances, low energy, weight concerns, brain fog and more — with a foundations-first, whole-person approach that honors your body's innate capacity to heal.
Book a Free Discovery CallYou eat "healthy." You've tried eliminating foods, taking supplements, following gut protocols, balancing your blood sugar, doing everything you're told is supposed to work.
And yet...
If this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Digestion doesn't happen in isolation. Your digestive system is influenced by the food you eat, your blood sugar, hydration, minerals, sleep, stress, and your nervous system, all working together.
When foundational systems become dysregulated, symptoms begin to show up downstream. So rather than jumping into increasingly complicated protocols, we start by asking:
What does your body need in order to function well?
Then we build from there.
Once the foundations are supported, we go deeper. For some clients, foundational work creates significant change on its own. For others, symptoms persist and point to another layer worth investigating:
Every layer we address brings you closer to a body you can trust again.
I'm a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a background in Buddhist psychology and a decade of my own deep healing journey: chronic gut issues, body image struggles, ADHD, and everything in between.
I know what it feels like to do everything "right" and still not feel well. That experience is what drives me to approach this work differently. Going deeper than the standard protocol, and meeting each person as a whole human being, not just a set of symptoms.

I went from having insomnia, anxiety and depression, horrible acne and chronic constipation — to understanding why I struggled with so many issues and how to heal them. I now have an amazing basis for my diet and meals that actually nourish me, my health issues have all improved and haven't come back since I implemented her protocol. Nicole is also super caring, kind and professional in her approach which made the whole experience so special and gentle yet effective."

Book Your Intake SessionI came to this work through years of struggling with my own health.
When I was 18 I began experiencing chronic bloating and distension that was eventually diagnosed as SIBO. Along with the gut issues came a host of struggles I hadn't experienced before: anxiety, depression, intense body image issues, brain fog, and an exhaustion that made it nearly impossible to show up for my life. I ended up taking three semesters off from college just trying to heal.
In an attempt to fix it, I tried everything. Raw veganism to carnivore, antimicrobials and antiparasitics, spent countless hours down research rabbit holes. I was convinced that if I just found the right diet or the right protocol, everything would click into place.
It didn't work that way.
What I eventually came to understand is that healing isn't linear and it isn't about finding the perfect diet or supplement stack. It's a whole-person problem. The gut doesn't operate in isolation. Neither does the body. Neither does the mind. Real healing requires looking upstream, understanding the terrain, and addressing root causes rather than chasing symptoms.
I've always been a truth seeker. I studied Buddhist psychology and contemplative studies at Naropa University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. It was a deeply experiential and transformative education. After graduating I moved to a small Tibetan Buddhist monastery in upstate New York, where I lived and practiced for three and a half years. That period shaped my understanding of the relationship between mind, body, and healing in ways no textbook could have.
What I learned, both in study and in lived experience, is that the body holds innate wisdom. That symptoms are often communication rather than malfunction. And that the body only heals when it feels safe. When it's nourished. When we can slow down enough to hear its signals.
My path to nutritional therapy came through witnessing someone I loved struggle with serious mental illness and wanting desperately to help. I had already been studying nutrition for many years before this for my own gut issues, so I became fascinated by the relationship between nutrition, the nervous system, and whole-body health. I completed my Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association, which gave me a rigorous, systems-based framework for understanding the foundational physiology behind chronic symptoms.
What drew me to the NTP approach was its insistence on starting with foundations. On asking what the body needs to function well before reaching for complicated interventions. On treating the whole person rather than the diagnosis. That philosophy felt true to everything I'd learned.
I work with people navigating chronic gut issues, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, and the persistent sense that something is off that no one has fully been able to explain.
My approach is foundations-first and deeply individualized. I don't apply the same protocol to every person. I start with your story, your history, your physiology, and we build from there. I also bring an understanding of the nervous system and mind-body connection into my work, not as a replacement for the physical, but as an essential aspect of it.
My own healing journey is still unfolding. I don't pretend to have all the answers. What I can offer is genuine curiosity, careful attention and attunement, a foundational and systems-based approach, and a deep respect for your body's innate capacity to heal.
I'd be honored to be part of your healing journey.
